Zika Virus Carrier Dies In The US

A man carrying the deadly Zika virus has died at the South Lake County Health Department in Utah, United States of America though it is unclear he died from the virus infection as he was battling other ailments.

This was contained in the press release from the Health Department stating that there are no proofs to back up the fact that he died from Zika virus symptoms.

The statement read: "It may not be possible to determine how the Zika infection contributed to the death."

Health officials have however appealed to citizens to remain calm despite the fact that the unnamed man's death is the first case of death reported in the US adding that the virus has a low mortality rate.
