Starting our everyday life in positive ways is no ones choice except ours. Basically the way we start our everyday lives somehow influences how you feel for the rest of the day. Each night we go to bed with the expectation to wake up to a brighter day filled with joy, power and freedom. I am going to share with you some few tips how you can start your day positively. Take out some few minutes from your time meditating. in the morning. When you step out from bed take a deep breath, think about all the things you value and are thankful for e.g your life, spouse, food, children and parents. Take out this time and appreciate all that you have around you, forget about those ones which are yet to come.
Breakfast. Make a healthy breakfast, eat your meal enjoy every moment as it take your breakfast, feel the flavour in the meal.
This helps and influences the way you feel for therest of the day.
Drink water after eating it helps in digesting your food and giving you a good feeling about yourself.
Set Out your goals for the day, you cant achieve a positive day if your didnt set out your intentions for the day. you can intend a restful day, peaceful day. Just make sure you set your goal for the day before setting out, as this helps your mind, body and soul to align in to your daily intentions.
Create out how you want to run the day, dont under-estimate the power of thought. People dont understand the power of though because they dont value it, they live every day out of habits, things they always do. Thoughts helps us in setting out exactly what we want for the day.
