Scotland Football Ex~Striker Sued For Rape.

Former Scotland Football player David Goodwillie sued to court over an allegation of rape. The ex star has been taken to court by Kennedys Scotland in a bid to seize funds from him.
The move comes in the wake of a damages action brought by a woman who claims Goodwillie raped her. During proceedings last year, a court was told the player was struggling to pay his legal fees.
Documents show it changed hands the same month the £250,000 damages claim brought by alleged sex attack victim Denise Clair, 30, got under way.

Goodwillie said last night: “I am trying to get on with my life and that is a priority in that process.”

Denise, who waived anonymity, claims Goodwillie and his former Dundee United teammate David Robertson, 30, assaulted her after a drunken night out on January 2, 2011, in Armadale, west Lothian.
