Suya Seller Killed By Hoodlums In Calabar

An Hausa man identified as Habibu Maude has been killed by some hoodlums in Calabar after they had robbed the 35-year old suya seller at his suya spot along White House Street in Calabar.

The late Maude, a father of four and an indigene of Tangaza Local Government Area of Sokoto State , reportedly didn't argue with the hoodlums before he was shot.

Confirming the incident, Cross River State Police Public Relations Officer Irene Ugbo stated that they have started investigations to unravel the killers. She said: "Yes, we got the information that a suya seller was shot by an unknown gunman along White House streets. We have not made any arrest yet, but I can assure that we would track the killers."
