Star Duo Adamu Mohammed And Suleiman Usman Dump Pillars

Nigerian league stars Adamu Mohammed and Suleiman ‎Usman have dumped former league champions Kano Pillars for Nigeria National League (NNL) side Gombe United over unpaid clearance fees.

Speaking on the transfer, a close source said: "The two players joined Pillars two seasons ago and players like Tijani Adamu and Ibrahim ‎Pius who joined the team this season have already been paid clearance fees."

"Gombe has now agreed to pay them‎ these fees and that was why they opted to return and play in the lower league.' the source further added.

Kano Pillars have already lost several key players recently after Azeez Shobowale departed for Al Hilal in Sudan while forwards Prince Aggrey and Emmanuel Edmund are on trials in Norway.
