Gunmen Abduct RCCG Parish Pastor During Church Service

A Parish Pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) at Santos bus stop in the Isawo area of Ikorodu identified as Bajomo has been abducted after gunmen stormed the church on Sunday during service.

The gunmen reportedly came to church as members before whisking away the man of God around 7am on Sunday while he was preparing for workers' meeting, which usually precedes the main service.

Church service didn't take place afterwards as members came to terms with the unfortunate incident though the matter has since been reported at the Owutu Police Division.

Confirming the incident, RCCG Head, Media and Public Relations, Pastor Segun Adegbiji said the church would invite God's anger on those who troubled its members and pastors.
