In the year 2000 you bought a land at the area of Alakija for the sum of 1 Million Naira and as the years goes by you decided not to use the land anymore and wishes to sell it off. Now this is where you make your money, you meet a real estate agent and he tells you that the amount for each land around the area you bought yours now sells for 5 million naira but as your own land is near the roadside it can go for 8 million naira. For example you had bought 10 plots of land in that area and it was offered to you for 8 million naira, you have automatically made 70,000,000 naira as pure profit.
